Clinical Triage Specialist, Registered Nurse, Connect to Care, Part Time Evenings, Remote Position

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer telephones, prioritize clinical triage calls, and follow clinical protocols to coordinate services
- Verify patient demographic information and accurately enter updates into the electronic health record
- Serve as an escalation point for clinical patient issues and provide clinical advice based on protocols
- Manage and respond to escalated electronic patient messages while prioritizing patient needs
- Document symptoms, nursing assessments, advice provided, and patient responses accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program required
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania or seeking Pennsylvania licensure through reciprocity
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room
- Strong communication skills and a focus on compliance
- Ability to demonstrate continuous growth and strong problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems
- Proven track record of meeting productivity and quality standards
- Ability to excel at time management and service-oriented tasks
