Role: Clinical Supply Chain Manager Location: Thousand Oaks, CA/Remote Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension) The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of clinical supply chain or GxP-regulated experience, with hands-on proficiency in SAP, Smartsheet, Veeva Vault, and other ERP tools - A Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, biology, engineering, or related field is preferred - Medical device or manufacturing backgrounds may be considered if aligned with supply chain or GxP operations - The role is a hands-on, execution-oriented position focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, SAP workflow management, and continuous improvement initiatives Top Skills: - 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical supply chain management, planning, or manufacturing, within a regulated biopharmaceutical environment (experience with GXP guidelines) - Strong working knowledge of SAP (order release, material master data, process work order (PWO) conversions, and SKU management). - Proficiency with Smartsheet, Veeva Vault, and enterprise resource planning tools - APICS, ISM, or Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
