What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the clinical trials start-up process from protocol receipt through IRB submissions and site activation
- Manage data reporting, collection of source documents, and resolution of data queries
- Prepare regulatory reports and maintain study participant binders, ensuring compliance with protocol requirements
- Coordinate and manage clinical trials throughout their lifecycle, including sponsor and regulatory communication
- Interact with study participants and conduct necessary data entry into the Clinical Trial Management System
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of experience as a Dana-Farber Associate Clinical Research Coordinator required
- 0-1 years of experience in a medical or scientific research setting or comparable technology-oriented business environment preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and external contacts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage time and prioritize workload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a clinical research environment or familiarity with Good Clinical Practice
- Knowledge of clinical trial management systems and regulatory requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with data entry and management in a research setting
