Clinic Pharmacist
$10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Under minimal supervision, fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information, supervise and direct support personnel.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Graduate of a School of Pharmacy.
• Texas Pharmacist Registered upon hire, Or
• New Mexico Registered Pharmacist - New Mexico Board of Pharmacy upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Coursework/Training: Pharmacy Residency.
• 2 years hospital experience, or Pharmacy residency.
• Health System Experience.
