Clinical Lab Technologist - Antibody Immunology Lab - Contractor Only
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Lab Technologist to join our Antibody Immunology Lab team on a contractor basis at Mayo Clinic. Perform various laboratory tests and procedures using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
Conduct research and experiments to analyze and interpret data related to antibody immunology.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and results.
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Adhere to strict laboratory protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with other members of the Antibody Immunology Lab team to share knowledge and findings.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Keep meticulous records of laboratory procedures, results, and data in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain the highest standards of laboratory testing.
Stay updated on advancements and developments in the field of antibody immunology and incorporate new techniques and protocols into laboratory procedures.
Contribute to the development and validation of new laboratory tests and protocols.
Train and mentor new laboratory technicians and students.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of laboratory supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory work environment.
Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
