Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience & Skills:
2+ years of experience in crisis intervention (suicide, detox, substance abuse, aggressive behavior)
Substantial, unlimited independent professional licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LISW, LCPC, LCMHC or clinical psychologist) in the state where the candidate resides.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services
Experience working with diverse populations
Knowledge of brief treatment models and Persuasive Interviewing
Call Center experience
Ability to establish and maintain rapport quickly
Experience with positive behavioral change
Experience with mental health, emotional considerations, family circumstances, and relationship concerns
Education:
Graduate degree in counseling required.
