Role Description

We are seeking Surgical Dental Assistants with 3-5 years of experience to fill pivotal roles within our clinical sales team. This full-time position combines account management, sales , and clinical support, focusing on enhancing client relationships and driving product utilization.

Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with Massachusetts dental professionals, practices, and clinics to enhance the adoption of Noris Medical’s advanced dental implant systems.
• Sales and Follow-Ups
• Work closely with dental teams across Massachusetts, systematically following up to ensure ongoing client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and identify new business growth opportunities within the region.
• Product Advocacy
• Utilize deep understanding of dental surgical procedures to communicate product benefits and technical features to prospective and current customers, specifically catering presentations and demonstrations to the Massachusetts market.
• Account Monitoring
• Oversee local customer accounts, ensuring compliance with sales agreements and delivering prompt solutions to any challenges, maintaining Noris Medical’s reputation for excellence in service throughout Massachusetts.
• Lead Generation and Closure
• Identify and pursue new sales leads via regional networking events, local industry seminars, and strategic referrals. Manage the complete sales process from introduction through closure to expand Noris Medical’s footprint in Massachusetts.
• Data Management
• Keep up-to-date and precise records of sales activity and client interactions using the CRM system, supporting robust reporting and targeted strategies for the Massachusetts territory.
• Educational Support
• Represent Noris Medical at courses and training sessions nationwide and in Brazil, contributing Massachusetts-specific insights and acting as a resource for local clinicians seeking advanced education.
• Surgical Support
• Provide remote or on-site chairside support to Massachusetts-based oral surgeons and dental teams during initial procedures with Noris Medical systems, ensuring clinical success and optimal patient outcomes.
• Event Participation
• Engage actively in dental industry events within Massachusetts, increasing brand visibility and cultivating professional relationships that strengthen Noris Medical’s presence in the state.

Qualifications
• Certification: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential required.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a surgical dental assistant role, demonstrating solid experience in dental implants.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills for effectively managing both client and internal team interactions.
• Organizational skills: Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong role in collaborative environments, contributing to the accomplishment of business objectives.
• Ethical Conduct: Unwavering commitment to high ethical standards and professional reliability.
