The Client Support Associate will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses while managing various client support programs and administrative tasks.ResponsibilitiesServe as the initial point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, delivering prompt, professional, and solution-focused responsesMaintain a high-level understanding of services across Curi Insurance and Curi Advisory to provide immediate assistance or accurate referralsUse internal systems to document interactions and maintain updated client informationEducate clients on benefits, the client portal, and company initiatives to enhance engagement and satisfactionCoordinate the distribution of Policyholder Dividends in alignment with leadership directionManage the Legacy Fund (Member Savings Account) to ensure accurate tracking and reportingEnsure relevant systems supporting the Dividend and Legacy Fund programs are consistently updated and completeManage client inquiries and assist with basic troubleshooting when clients experience difficulty interacting with Curi portalsContribute to continuous service improvement efforts and the development of client support standardsParticipate in department initiatives and strategic projects as neededProvide general administrative support and assist with special assignments as directedProcess incoming mail by opening, sorting, and distributing or scanning materials to the appropriate recipients in a timely mannerPrepare and process outgoing mail and shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company proceduresOther in-office duties as assignedSkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent plus three years of customer service experience; OR Bachelor's degree plus one year of customer service experienceStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to produce high-quality work with minimal supervisionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills with desire to take ownership and drive issues to resolutionAbility to display a professional demeanor in all encountersAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to effectively work within a team environmentAbility to maintain and preserve confidentialityBenefitsComprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insuranceEducation assistanceAnnual bonus opportunity401(k) with employer matchShort-term and long-term disabilityFlexible time off13 paid holidays annuallyCompany OverviewCuri is a physicians rediscover the joy of practicing medicine by providing resources that support them in medicine,business and life.
