Responsibilities
Responding to client inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
Assisting clients with finding solutions to their inquiries regarding digital products
Documenting client interactions and ensuring accurate records are maintained
Providing timely follow-up on client issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Working collaboratively with the team to enhance service efficiency and quality
Staying informed about product updates and new features to assist clients effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to help
Ability to collaborate well in a team environment
Basic knowledge of digital products and services is a plus, but not required
Proficiency in using computers and customer support software
Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple queries
