Job Summary:
As a Client Success Manager, you will adopt a strategist mindset to collaborate with our restaurant clients, helping them grow and optimize their businesses using Tarro technology. Your primary objectives will include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with portfolio clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Driving product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall client health through a client-oriented approach
Strategizing with clients to connect their business goals and challenges with Tarro products and services
Serving as the voice of the client, providing recommendations to internal teams for product and service improvements
Requirements:
Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional fluency in English
Strong project management skills to manage a dynamic client portfolio
Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
2-3 years of experience in customer success or similar client-facing roles with a high-growth B2B business
Technical proficiency with computers and information systems

Familiarity with CRM and CSM tools
