Client Success Manager for Online Fitness Coaching

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented Client Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our high-performance online fitness coaching clients achieve maximum value and success from our AI-driven Client Acquisition System. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating smooth operations, and driving client retention and growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for our clients post-onboarding, focusing on ensuring their satisfaction, facilitating communication, and driving the success of their client acquisition campaigns.

Client Onboarding Support: Assist in the seamless transition of new clients from sales to active service delivery, ensuring all necessary information and access are gathered.

Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, building strong, trusted relationships with our high-performance online fitness coach clients.

Performance Monitoring & Review: Regularly review client campaign performance data (provided by our Paid Acquisition Specialist) and translate it into clear, concise insights for clients.

Proactive Communication: Conduct regular check-ins and scheduled performance review calls with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.

Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between the client and our internal delivery team (Paid Acquisition Specialist, Appointment Setters) to efficiently resolve any operational issues, ensuring client satisfaction remains high.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present digestible reports outlining campaign success, ROI, and strategic adjustments, ensuring clients understand the value they are receiving.

Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and renewals by intimately understanding client needs and demonstrating the ongoing value of AI Synapse Systems.

Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and act as the voice of the client internally to inform product/service improvements.
