We’re currently looking for a kind, detail-oriented, and dependable part-time administrative professional to support our prescribing staff. If you also have skills or interest in performing basic Medical Assistant tasks, even better! This is a great fit for someone who wants a steady, meaningful role and is looking to stay and grow with us for the long haul. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be a vital part of our team, helping ensure that our medication providers can focus on what they do best—supporting patient health. Responsibilities include: • Answering phones and scheduling appointments • Contacting pharmacies and assisting with prior authorizations • Completing medical forms and processing documentation • Scanning, filing, and supporting the overall office workflow • Support patients requiring urine drug screening (UDS), including scheduling, providing instructions, ensuring adequate supply inventory, and obtaining results from lab.
