Job Description:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Associate to work remotely from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be driven, persuasive, and have a talent for strategic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone calls and emails
- Assist clients with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs
- Conduct research to understand client industries and market trends
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies
- Keep track of client communication and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
