Client Representative (REMOTE)
We are seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Remote Representatives. This is a fully remote opportunity with compensation directly tied to your success in enrolling clients.
What You'll Do:
ā¢ Engage with individuals proactively to understand their unique circumstances, needs, and objectives.
ā¢ Clearly and effectively explain program options, features, and benefits to potential participants.
ā¢ Guide individuals through the enrollment process, ensuring clarity and understanding at each step.
ā¢ Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and understanding program guidelines.
ā¢ Build rapport and trust with clients, providing exceptional support and guidance.
ā¢ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollment statuses.
ā¢ Stay informed about program updates and best practices to provide the most effective guidance.
ā¢ Operate with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation in a remote environment.
Who You Are:
ā¢ A U.S. Citizen residing within the United States.
ā¢ Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to explain complex information simply.
ā¢ Highly empathetic and skilled at building relationships and trust.
ā¢ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven role.
ā¢ Organized, with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
ā¢ Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM software, video conferencing, and other digital tools.
ā¢ Able to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
