We are a leading financial services company seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our growing remote team. This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home opportunity available to candidates located in select states across the US.

Ā Fielding client questions and inquiries related to accounting, products, pricing, and processes. You will use your problem-solving skills to address issues of varying complexity and prevent escalations.
Ā Guiding clients through product and service changes, explaining pricing, and following up on resolutions.
Ā Processing client terminations with care and empathy.
Ā Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a portfolio of small business clients across industries. You'll develop an understanding of client business models to provide tailored solutions.
Ā Advising on best practices for client communications and service.
Ā Supporting other teams (onboarding, maintenance, tax) as needed.
Ā Contributing to department and company projects.
Requirements
Ā Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
Ā 3+ years experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a multi-client environment
Ā 3+ years in a client service role handling varying complexity
Ā QuickBooks online proficiency/certification a plus
Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ā Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and process improvement
Ā Comfortable working autonomously from a home office
