The Client Program Coordinator (CPC) serves as a key member of the operations team, guiding clients through onboarding, product delivery, and renewal processes to drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesSupport Client Program Managers by coordinating all logistics for live seminars (in person and/or virtual) including scheduling, being proactive with internal communications with trainers, reviewing travel bookings, and having professional client communicationsTake the lead in executing additional tasks related to key client accounts and the integration of users into our LMS systemCoordinate planning/debrief calls with existing clientsAssist with client quarterly business review sessions or other periodic check-insWork with our business development teams to provide best-in-class service to our potential future and existing key corporate client accountsOversee and execute on logistics for our University, Public Seminars and/or virtual or live team or marketing events. This includes scheduling, coordinating calendar invites, reviewing travel booking, creating logistics docs, setting up online accountsAssist in fulfilling client requests within Wall Street Prep's customer support deskAssist various members of the senior leadership team with ad hoc projects, such as documentation of internal processes, creation of marketing materials, and the upload and management of website content in WordPressWork in partnership with the Head of Learning to coordinate staffing assignments for training sessionsServe as a liaison to the Finance department to ensure invoicing information is processed correctlySkillsDemonstrable customer service experienceExcellent follow-through and ability to build trust and credibility with clients by consistently delivering best-in-class client service experienceAbility to think and plan ahead without promptingHigh degree of organizational skills and attention to detailSuperb ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with a team and client base that has diverse and varying communication stylesExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation skillsExperience working with Excel and PowerPointAbility to prioritize tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environmentA collaborative team player who is excited to have a dynamic role in a growing organizationProven ability to work cross-functionally with operations, business development and account management teamsPassion and commitment to bringing the best financial services training resources to improve training outcomes for all our clientsBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, operations, media relations or public affairsExperience in financial services (investment banking, asset management or private wealth management) is a plusBenefitsUnlimited PTOFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision401(k)Parental leaveStipend to setup home officeCompany OverviewWall Street Prep was established in 2004 by investment bankers to train the financial services industry.
