Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. Lead proposals, negotiations, and contract renewals to achieve revenue growth targets. Leadership & Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement healthcare strategies that meet client needs. Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. Act as a thought leader, providing insights into industry trends and innovations. Metrics & Reporting: Monitor account performance, revenue targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders regarding account progress and opportunities. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in client management, sales, or business development within the healthcare industry. Proven track record of exceeding revenue and growth targets. Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and market trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
