Client Manager – Leadership Consulting & Creative Services

Position Summary
We’re seeking a highly organized and personable Client Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between our company and potential/current clients by managing communications, overseeing client pipelines in HoneyBook, preparing pitch decks, and ensuring regular follow-ups. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our CRM system (HoneyBook), including inquiries, proposals, contracts, and follow-up tasks
• Support and lead client pitch meetings by presenting our suite of services and offerings
• Coordinate weekly check-ins with company leadership to review active leads and next steps
• Respond to incoming inquiries with professionalism and timeliness
• Track and report client engagement, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks
• Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and customized outreach materials
• Build rapport with clients and partners while maintaining a clear understanding of our voice and brand values
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in client management, sales, account management, or executive assistance
• Proficient with HoneyBook or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable in virtual meeting environments (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Passion for leadership, education, and/or brand strategy industries is a plus
