Client Integration Coordinator

They are seeking a Client Integration Coordinator to support operational excellence by managing client workflows, status tracking, and administrative tasks while working closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Maintain and own status trackers, operation sheets, meeting agendas and notes for client programs Coordinate day to day work across pillar/capability leadership teams Triage and manage client escalations; surface issues to leadership and support resolution management Communicate proactively with internal and client stakeholders via Teams, email and verbally Prepare status updates and decks as needed Bring ideas for internal process improvement to aid with efficiency Skills 0-2 years of applicable professional experience, ideally in account management, program coordination, project coordination, or operations support Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Professional client-facing demeanor Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational data Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively Strong communication skills and a service oriented mindset Experience in a creative agency, marketing organization, or operations environment preferred Exposure to healthcare or pharma environments is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS, or related field preferred Benefits Medical coverage Dental Vision Disability 401K Parental and family care leave Family forming assistance Tuition reimbursement Flexible time off Company Overview Publicis Health is a marketing and advertising company specializing in healthcare communications solutions.
