Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers. Accomplishes results through the effective management of staff that may range from lower level non-exempt through exempt level professionals. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and... regulations. Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically eight to 10 years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience Advanced knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures for the assigned area In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations Strong organizational, managerial and project management skills Well-developed customer relations skills Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Thorough knowledge of banking operations and human resources Location The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
