Responsibilities:
Ā Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ā Accounting Experience: Possess a minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience in a small to medium-sized office environment.
Ā Software Proficiency: Be proficient in accounting software platforms, specifically QuickBooks (Desktop and Online).
Ā Adaptability: Learn unique software platforms, such as the FSTC system and Baldwin County Databases and Information Systems.
Ā Clerical Duties: Perform complex clerical duties, maintaining precise and timely work products, records, and historical information.
Ā Bookkeeping Principles: Understand bookkeeping/accounting principles and apply them effectively.
Ā Computer Skills: Be proficient in computer/internet, specifically Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Ā Data Collection: Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
Ā Numerical Data: Compute and record numerical data with accuracy.
Ā Transaction Verification: Check the accuracy of business transactions.
Ā Data Entry and Administration: Complete data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
