We're seeking a highly effective and compassionate Overnight Member Care Support Specialist to join our team. About the Role As an Overnight Member Care Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of RPM and improving the lives of seniors and their caregivers. You'll work closely with our customers, leveraging insights from sensor data, wellness surveys, and other sources to drive proactive and reactive customer communications. Your goal will be to establish trusted relationships with seniors and their caregivers, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve wellness and independence. Key Responsibilities: Review and apply information from customer profiles, wellness dashboards, and other sources to deliver informed customer communications. Analyze situations quickly and make sound decisions in emergency and routine situations, communicating necessary information to 911 services as needed. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with seniors and their caregivers through inbound and outbound telephone communication, email, text, and chat services. Provide input on improvement opportunities for products, processes, and procedures. Meet weekly and monthly metrics related to service level, performance, and customer satisfaction. Perform general account maintenance tasks, such as updating customer records and features, and responding to usage questions. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to communicate effectively in English through reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Interest and ease in communicating with seniors (age 75+), with patience, empathy, and compassion. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify issues over the phone. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and demanding timeframes. Proficiency in computers, with a basic understanding of MS Office, CRM software, and virtual communication tools like MS Teams. Ability to work from a home office with high-speed Internet. Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience working in a healthcare environment and/or with RPM solutions. 1-3 years of experience delivering care in a home living environment. Experience working in a call center or dispatching services. Demonstrated ability to establish a rapport, gather information, and provide coaching to seniors. Experience with enterprise business support systems and/or process improvement methodologies. College degree a plus.
