The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, wiped down, and sanitised as necessary. Vacuum, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean appearance. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately while adhering to environmental guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Interact with clients and staff in a courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service. Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety regulations. Skills Proficient in English with strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all individuals in the cleaning environment. Ability to drive is advantageous for roles that require travel between multiple sites. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently.
