Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Class Action Project Manager to oversee the management of class action lawsuit settlements.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage all aspects of class action lawsuits and settlements including budgeting, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
ā¢ Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure successful resolution of class action cases
ā¢ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the class action process and ensure all parties are satisfied with the outcomes
ā¢ Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on the progress of class action cases
Qualifications
ā¢ At least 3 years of experience in project management, particularly with complex legal projects
ā¢ Strong understanding of class action settlements
ā¢ Experience working with legal teams and outside counsel
ā¢ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
ā¢ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
