Role Description Milberg is seeking a mid- to senior-level Class Action Associate with 3-7 years of experience. This is a full-time, remote position associated with the New York office. The responsibilities include managing class action litigation, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and advising and collaborating with clients. The associate will also work on developing case strategies in a dynamic team environment. Qualifications • Experience in Class Action Litigation and Multidistrict Litigation (MDL); strong case management and strategy planning skills • Exceptional Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting skills • Ability to manage Discovery processes, Deposition preparation, and Motion practice • Strong analytical and Communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership in good standing • Commitment to client advocacy and attention to detail Apply tot his job
