Claims Writer for Airbnb and Booking.com Damages
We are seeking a claims manager to join our team.
Who we are...
We are a hotel & vacation rental company based in Vienna, Austria. We manage listings all over Vienna and Austria, using online platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, but also managing direct bookings.
Who you are:
With more than 5000 guests welcomed every month, we have to deal with a lot of damage made within our properties by guests. As the ideal candidate, you will be able to review the images sent by our cleaning teams, and correctly make a claim for the corresponding damages directly on the platforms Airbnb and Booking.com. You will track down the damage claims made, and report weekly to the team.
Experience with Airbnb and Booking.com is a must-have.

For this job, the work hours and location are fully flexible.
The salary consists of a negotiable small basis salary, and large bonuses related to the claims (10% of the claims sum). Current monthly claims amount vary from 7,000 to 10,000 euros a month.
