Responsibilities
Support incoming mail for the team

Process information from the system of files scanned, validating files as needed

Run a MACRO in the internal system daily

Work on projects as assigned by leadership
Requirements
High School Diploma / GED
,
Must be 18 years of age OR older
,
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
,
Ability to work on site in the Irvine location 2-3 times per weeks
,
Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:30am - 4:00pm PST, Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends
Nice-to-haves
1+ years of experience processing pharmacy or prescription claims, OR in a PBM (pharmacy benefit setting OR environment)
