They are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative/Account Executive to drive new business, build relationships, and support the sales process in a dynamic PropTech environment.ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, follow-up, networking, and relationship buildingAttend trade shows, conferences, dinners, and industry events to represent ElevateOS and build connectionsBuild and maintain relationships with property managers, regional managers, ownership groups, and multifamily operatorsSupport the sales process through virtual demos, screen-sharing presentations, and follow-up communicationHelp keep CRM records, sales notes, and pipeline activity organized and up to dateAssist with account management and customer communication where neededCollaborate with leadership on outreach strategies, lead generation, and conference follow-upContribute ideas for personal branding, social content, and creative ways to engage prospectsLearn the ElevateOS platform and clearly communicate our value proposition to prospects and clientsSkillsHigh energy, outgoing, and naturally relationship-orientedStrong communication skills, both written and verbalHard-working, proactive, and eager to grow in a sales careerExtremely organized with strong attention to detailComfortable with technology, virtual meetings, screen sharing, and learning software quicklyConfident in social settings and excited to meet people in personPositive attitude with a polished and professional presenceAble to balance sales hustle with follow-through and responsivenessComfortable creating content or being part of fun, light personal brand or company-facing content is a plusReal estate, multifamily, hospitality, or PropTech experience is a plusPrior sales, customer success, leasing, or account management experience is a plus, but not requiredCompany OverviewElevateOS delivers an unparalleled lifestyle to multifamily communities.
