**Responsibilities:**
As a Claims Processor Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:
* Analyzing and processing insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
* Negotiating settlement terms with claimants and other stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claims records, including documentation and data entry
* Learning and applying workers' compensation policies and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
* Reviewing and assisting with claim forms to ensure completeness and accuracy
* Supporting claimants in explaining their claims and providing exceptional customer service
* Assisting management with complex cases and providing recommendations for resolution
* Preparing reports on all cases to ensure timely review and approval by Claims Examiners
* Accurately coding injuries or illnesses in the claims system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
* Maintaining a workers' compensation claim log to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes
* Performing data entry in the Workers' Compensation system to ensure accuracy and efficiency
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 10+ years of relevant experience in claims processing, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Team player with a strong customer service focus
* Extensive customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
