Join Our Team as CLAIMS PM About This Role The Claims PM plays a critical role in supporting the setup, maintenance, and governance of a centralized global library of core claims and medical references within Veeva PromoMats. The Claims PM collaborates closely with global markets, brand teams, agencies, and reviewers to drive content quality and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support the setup of a centralized core claims library, collaborating with global markets and brand teams to ingest and structure references and claims within the Veeva PromoMats system. • Define and manage project plans, including milestones and timelines, to ensure timely and successful implementation of the Claims Library. • Support enable and optimize advanced Veeva Vault features that support claims management and traceability. • Deliver onboarding and training sessions to reviewers, marketers, and agencies, ensuring clear understanding of claims definitions, regulatory expectations, and submission standards. • Oversee the ingestion and linking of core claims to supporting references, ensuring consistency and compliance across the library. • Provide subject matter expertise to establish standardized claims management practices and support the implementation of a scalable operating model across markets. • Guide agency partners on proper reference submission and claims linkage protocols. • Support reporting and measurement activities related to claims usage, accuracy, and review efficiency. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; a degree in Library Science is highly preferred. • Experience in Pharma consulting services related to medical content management and the approval process. Knowledge of the content review and approval process in Pharma, the Veeva Vault platform, and the regulations for promotional materials, especially in Germany, will be highly valued. • Experience managing a reference or core claims library, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry and using Veeva PromoMats. • Strong scientific background with familiarity in medical terminology and various types of medical references. • Deep understanding of content management processes, referencing standards, and claims validation in regulated environments. • Proficiency in interpreting creative assets and accurately linking claims to supporting references. • Experience managing metadata and taxonomy structures to ensure content traceability and compliance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams and external partners. • Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to influence and guide agency partners and internal stakeholders. • Fluency in English (written and spoken); this role operates entirely in English.
