By providing a platform with a full suite of services we can maximize the use of capital within the insurance industry to our owned and contracted companies.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Nursing Home Claims Adjuster. The ideal candidate will have a background in claims, with specific expertise in Nursing Homes or Senior Living, and previous experience working with a TPA or brokerage/agency with a focus on nursing homes or senior living.
100% Remote, offering a flexible and collaborative work environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Claims Management:
Execute tasks related to the adjustment of nursing home claims, ensuring a thorough and efficient process.
Manage nursing home claims with precision and expertise.
Participate in meditation and settlement negotiations.
Effective Communication:
Engage in clear and proactive communication with policyholders, third-party investigators, defense firms, and internal claims team members.
Mitigate claim damages through collaborative and strategic communication.
Client Support:
Proactively support policyholders with open claims, providing clear and empathetic assistance.
Foster a positive client experience by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate seamlessly with the claims team to maintain a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of proven expertise in Nursing Home/Senior Living claims adjusting.
Proficiency in handling nursing home/senior living claims.
Understanding of Medicare Section 111 Reporting
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to nursing home/senior living claims.
Ability to thrive in an independent, remote work environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, showcasing commitment to continuous professional development.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
