Responsibilities
Ā Manage assigned first line leaders and oversee their teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.

Ā Lead the team towards achieving department and company goals.

Ā Set team culture and vision to create an inclusive and high-performing work environment.

Ā Manage and oversee auto injury claims on behalf of the company.

Ā Review and control the operation's quality claim activities, including investigations and claim payments.

Ā Make decisions in the best interest of customers and employees.

Ā Engage with internal and external counsel on litigation and regulatory activities.

Ā Coordinate and implement new company programs, policies, and procedures.

Ā Contribute to high-level project work impacting customers and the organization.

Ā Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable laws.

Ā Suggest methods to update and enhance processes and technologies.

Ā Develop collaborative relationships with leaders from other claim segments.
Requirements
Ā Prior Property & Casualty Claim handling experience, particularly in Injury/Casualty claims.

Ā Litigation Management experience is desired.
,
Ā Experience in Claim Investigation is desired.
,
Ā Commercial Auto Experience is preferred.
,
Ā Experience with evaluating injury claims, medical billing, and treatment.
,
Ā Data Analysis experience is required.
,
Ā Experience leading other leaders is essential.
,
Ā Demonstrated horizontal/peer influence is necessary.
,
Ā Insurance education and/or higher education is preferred.

Ā A valid driver's license is required.
