Civil Engineer (EIT) – Land Development (Retail & Commercial)

They are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT) who will support projects from concept through construction, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful responsibility in land development design. Responsibilities Support retail and commercial land development projects from concept through construction Assist in preparing site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans Perform stormwater calculations and basic modeling Contribute to plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (clients, municipalities, contractors) Participate in site investigations, zoning research, and utility coordination Take on increasing ownership of design components as your experience grows Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field 0–3 years of experience (internships included) Familiarity with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) Basic understanding of site design, grading, and construction documentation Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Strong interest in land development, site design, or civil infrastructure EIT certification or on track to obtain Exposure to commercial site design or land development projects Benefits Health, dental, vision, life/disability 401(k) with employer contribution Flexible time off (FTO) Profit sharing Professional development + licensure support Hybrid work flexibility Company Overview Landform Professional Services, LLC is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm that, for 30 years, offers a full range of integrated site design services including civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning, urban design and land surveying.
