Pre-k Teacher Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment.
Develop an appropriate classroom management system to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom.
Maintain professional commitment: Promote a learning through play philosophy and educational objectives.
Ensure that children are always within state ratio requirements.
Establish positive and effective family relations.
Always supervise children within sight and sound.

Qualifications
An associate or bachelors degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field (may accept a minimum of a CDA with experience for this position).
Minimum 1-2 years experience in the ECE field
Must be able to pass the Mandatory State of Indiana Background Check
Dependable and enjoys working together as part of a team.
