Health/Dental/Vision PTO Growth Opportunities Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join our established law firm. The COO will play a significant role in the firm's strategic planning process and will be responsible for driving the firm's operational success. This role will require an individual with a strong background in operations, finance, and marketing/sales, who can drive the firm's growth and profitability while ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the firm's day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of various departments including human resources, finance, and administration. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies in line with the firm's strategic goals. 3. Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leadership to set the firm's strategic direction and drive its execution. 4. Ensure the firm's financial performance and growth by developing and implementing sound financial strategies. 5. Oversee the firm's budgeting and financial planning processes. 6. Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to attract and retain clients. 7. Monitor the firm's compliance with legal regulations and professional standards. 8. Foster a positive and productive work environment and promote the firm's values and culture. 9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. 10. Lead and motivate staff to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team. Qualifications: 1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred. 2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm. 3. Proven experience in operations management, financial planning, and strategy development. 4. Strong understanding of the legal industry and its regulations. 5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team. 6. Strong financial and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and other stakeholders. 8. High level of integrity and professionalism. 9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 10. Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic planning process and execute strategic initiatives. 11.
