We are lookingfor a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, operations, and leadership. This person will optimize existing systems, structure growth, and scale what’s working — profitably.This is a 50% hands-on leadership role. You’ll sometimes micromanage when needed, attend daily standups, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure learnings are implemented and KPIs are hit.
