Skills • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA preferred) • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities • Strong cost accounting experience • Familiarity with public sector contracting • Experience leading technical professionals • Understanding of operations, financial regulations, and healthcare compliance • Experience in multi-site organizations is a plus • Experience in clinical and/or forensic laboratory services/diagnostics industries is a plus Responsibilities • Develop and execute financial strategies that fuel company growth • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling • Lead financial reporting and compliance initiatives • Manage treasury functions and assess financial risks • Foster relationships across the company and with external partners • Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions • Mentor and develop finance, accounting, contracting, and procurement teams • Manage facilities financial reporting and general office expenses Qualifications • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA preferred) • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience • Expertise in financial modeling and reporting tools • Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude • Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills Education Requirements • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • CPA preferred Experience Requirements • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years in a senior financial role • Experience in healthcare or laboratory sector preferred • Proven experience in leading technical professionals Why work in Horsham, PA Horsham offers a blend of suburban comfort and urban accessibility, providing a pleasant living environment with various local amenities.
