Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Remote Part‑Time Chat Support Specialist to become the digital front‑line for arenaflex’s customers. In this role, you will provide fast, friendly, and accurate assistance through online chat platforms, helping prospective homeowners and existing clients navigate product information, pricing, order status, and any concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities

Live Customer Engagement: Respond to inbound chat inquiries promptly, delivering clear, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance.

Order Processing Support: Assist clients with order entry, status checks, and documentation, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in our CRM system.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex cases to senior support or the appropriate department while maintaining ownership until closure.
Record Keeping: Log every chat interaction, including outcomes and follow‑up actions, to maintain a comprehensive audit trail that supports continuous service improvement.

Essential Qualifications
