Channel Partnership Supervisor
The Channel Partnership Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the overall community solar subscription and enrollment process in Maine (CMP territory) or Massachusetts, acquiring local channel partnerships, processing sales, on-boarding new customers, maintaining sales data on the platform, market research, reporting and additional support tasks as needed. The Supervisor will be collaborative with 3rd party brokers, the community solar team and various levels of management. This position reports to the Community Solar Sr. Sales Manager. This position is remote, salaried, full-time, 40 hours per week and is located in Maine (CMP territory) or Massachusetts.Responsibilities:Support the overall community solar subscription and enrollment process in Maine (CMP territory) or MassachusettsDevelop and acquire local door to door channel partnerships for subscriber acquisition within budgetProspect and contract with new channel partner relationshipsIdentify, engage, and develop relationships with strategic local, regional, and national channel partners to support company's expansion.Collaborate with the sales team to provide tracking, reporting and updatesProcess sales as needed in a timely and efficient mannerHelp customers enroll via phone, internet or in personManage and oversee providers for the subscription acquisition processAssist Senior Sales Manager in negotiating subscription service agreements and terms with brokers and partnersEnsure broker setup, training and initiation after the Service Commencement Date.Manage ongoing relationship with local brokers and partnersShadow sales teams to ensure brand standardsManage and verify partner compliance for Community Solar ProgramProcess and verify invoices in a timely mannerAnalyze sales trends and resultsRequirements3-5 Years of sales experience, solar preferredChannel partner sales experience preferredHubspot and Netsuite experienceValid Driver’s License and transportationProficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite of ServicesStrong and effective Communication and interpersonal skillsEfficient time management and organizational skillsExcellent presentation skillsEffective BANT sales strategiesPositive attitudeThis is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office (no set days)Willingness to occasionally work nights or weekends depending on eventsLocal travel for role – 30%BenefitsCompetitive Salary 70k-85kAnnual Performance Bonus Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability) are 100% covered by Nautilus401(k) offered with employer matchOriginally posted on Himalayas
