Channel Enablement Manager

The Channel Enablement manager will be responsible for partnering with the internal channel sales team and external channel teams to develop effective content, training, and programs to successfully support this program. This position will report to the Director of Revenue Enablement, and will be responsible for owning the communication, development, and adoption of enablement programs for the channel motion. This position is a hybrid role with a minimum expectation of 3 days per week in the office. This role will be an essential piece of the overall success of the revenue organization.This position is hybrid based out of our Lehi, UT HQ.This role reports to: Director of Sales EnablementWhat You Will OwnCommunication and coordination with leadership to proactively identify mindset, skillset, and toolset challenges and the metrics associatedLive training and presentations for individuals and in large groupsDevelop and deliver training programs to onboard and upskill the channel sales team (both internal and external), focusing on product knowledge, channel processes, and closing sales.Create impactful sales materials, including presentations, case studies, product demos, process documentation, and more to support channel teams.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to align efforts, improve attainment, and refine sales enablement initiatives.Analyze sales performance to proactively identify gaps, implement data-driven improvements, and ensure quality in product demonstrations and channel processes.Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to shape effective sales enablement strategies.What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job2+ years of Sales/Revenue enablement experienceBachelors degree or equivalent work experience2+ years training in group settingsProficiency in google/microsoft suite (slides,sheets,forms,docs,etc)Proficient project management skillsExperience in building certification programsExperience working with cross-functional teams and driving adoption of new tools and processesWhat Will Make Us Love YouPMP certificationChannel sales experienceProactive and adaptive mindsetSkills in Seismic or other LMS/content management platformsProficiency in PRM (Partner Relationship Management) systemsExperience in building partner certification programsSalesforce ProficiencyWeave is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all individuals are valued and supported.
