About the position

The Cigna Group's Sales and Contracting Development Program (SCDP) is an intensive multi-week training initiative designed for early career hires, focusing on developing essential business acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills necessary for success in healthcare sales. This program is tailored for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and are eager to embark on a challenging and rewarding career path.
