Change Management Consultant

As a Change Management Consultant, you utilize Jubilant's own methodology called Jubilant One LaunchTM. This methodology is a blend of UKG requirements coupled with Jubilant's methods and tools to provide the customer with The Jubilant ExperienceTM. Change Management Consultants (CMC) within the Jubilant team play a key role in ensuring that customer projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing user adoption and usage. They focus on the people side of change, engaging customers in project readiness and change management consulting around the execution of the project, process improvement, user adoption, and culture impact opportunities. Effective solutions will rely on exercises such as: stakeholder analysis, process mapping and workflow framework, identifying and documenting changes that impact users, and identifying areas of risk for successful user adoption. Project deliverables will entail, but are not limited to: customized communication strategy, training plans, creation of documentation, drafting of communications, and training support. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $110,000.
