Certified ServiceNow Developer / Architect 100% Remote Job Summary We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Developer / Architect to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices. The role involves hands-on development, platform architecture, integrations, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration Design and develop ServiceNow applications using best practices Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes Architecture & Integration Define ServiceNow technical architecture and platform strategy Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub Ensure scalability, security, and performance of ServiceNow solutions Platform Management & Governance Manage upgrades, patches, and release cycles Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and SDLC Provide guidance on security roles, ACLs, and data model design Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior developers and review code Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions Support production issues and continuous improvements Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Strong experience in ServiceNow development and architecture Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Experience with Service Portal / Now Experience UI Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – preferred Soft Skills Strong communication and documentation skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to lead and work independently Experience & Education 5–10 years of IT experience 3–5 years of ServiceNow hands-on experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent Preferred / Nice to Have ServiceNow Architect-level certification Experience with Agile / DevOps Exposure to multi-instance or global ServiceNow environments Apply tot his job
