[Remote] Compliance Operations Sr. Consultant

Key Bridge Compliance is dedicated to creating effective compliance systems and is seeking a Compliance Operations Senior Consultant who excels at simplifying complex processes. This role involves designing training programs and SOPs, acting as a liaison between Operations and Compliance teams, and ensuring the effective rollout of compliance materials.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Design and maintain training curricula for Compliance Analysts, Consultants, and Senior Consultants
ā¢ Create and manage SOPs, role-based guides, playbooks, templates, and process walkthroughs
ā¢ Train and enable compliance staff through workshops, walkthroughs, and onboarding support
ā¢ Act as a liaison between Operations and Compliance teams, translating changes into clear, actionable guidance
ā¢ Support rollout and adoption of updated processes, tools, and compliance materials
ā¢ Identify knowledge gaps or workflow challenges and turn them into targeted learning solutions
ā¢ Partner with Directors and subject matter experts to ensure alignment with firm standards and regulatory requirements
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, compliance, or equivalent experience
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in RIA compliance or managing compliance teams
ā¢ Experience with training, enablement, SOP development, or process improvement
ā¢ Strong ability to translate complex compliance concepts into clear, usable guidance
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable influencing without formal authority
ā¢ Familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Orion Compliance, Hadrius, SmartRIA)
ā¢ CSCP or IACCP certification preferred
