You are an experienced personal trainer who motivates others through fitness. You will work directly with clients to help them achieve fitness goals through encouragement, education, and a customized training plan.

Responsibilities
ā¢ Teach fitness techniques to personal training clients
ā¢ Develop individualized training programs
ā¢ Evaluate individual capabilities and training needs
ā¢ Demonstrate activity techniques and proper equipment use
ā¢ Enforce facility rules and regulations
ā¢ Administer fitness evaluations, orientations, stretching, and personal training sessions
ā¢ Establish and maintain a personal training client base according to company standards
ā¢ Provide a high level of personalized attention to members
ā¢ Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
ā¢ Update and maintain the SRF Personal Training App
ā¢ Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques
ā¢ Provide high quality customer service
ā¢ Adjust and operate fitness equipment
ā¢ Regular and predictable attendance
ā¢ Attend Personal Training related meetings
ā¢ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
ā¢ Personal training and/or group ISSA training certification (required)
ā¢ CPR, First Aid & AED certifications (required)
ā¢ 2+ years of personal training or group fitness instruction
ā¢ Able to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations to clients
ā¢ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
ā¢ Honesty and personal integrity
ā¢ Passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge in fitness and nutrition
ā¢ Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
ā¢ Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
Requirements
ā¢ Extremely high emotional intelligence: motivate even demotivated and difficult clients
ā¢ Deep expertise in human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming
ā¢ Proven experience coaching clients to achieve results
ā¢ Expertise in multiple fitness disciplines, including weightlifting, cardio health, and correcting imbalances
Essential
Physical Requirements
ā¢ Ability to perform essential physical activities: standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, reaching; pushing/pulling; lifting up to 50 lbs
NICE TO HAVES
ā¢ Social media presence: ability to build a brand and acquire customers
ā¢ ISSA Elite Personal Trainer certification
ā¢ Advanced degree in training or nutrition
ā¢ Experience with startups and/or cutting-edge tech
