Certified MyChart Solutions Analyst – Travel Required
Job Description: • Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities • Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing across cross-functional teams • Engage in skill development and competency growth Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role • Work history in Healthcare IT is required • MyChart and/or Ambulatory certification is required • Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience • Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Epic Applications Analyst • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Benefits: • Generous compensation package • Health and wellness support • Professional development opportunities • Flexible work arrangements Apply tot his job
