Responsibilities of the Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative Role ------------------------------------------------------------------- As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues. * Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns. * Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested. * Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
