Certified Medical Coders – Facility & Profee Coding

Our coders play a critical role in delivering accuracy, compliance, and maximum reimbursement across a wide range of medical specialties. We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Medical Coders (CPC, RHIT or equivalent) with experience in facility and/or professional (profee) coding. Experience coding for Oncology, Orthopedics, and other complex specialties is highly valued. Familiarity with Meditech and other leading EHR platforms is also a strong plus. Key Responsibilities • Perform accurate, compliant coding for facility and/or profee services • Review clinical documentation to assign correct ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and modifier codes • Ensure coding aligns with payer, CMS, and industry guidelines • Work extensively in specialties such as Oncology, Orthopedics, and other high-complexity service lines • Utilize systems such as Meditech, EPIC, Allscripts, eCW, Nextgen, Modernizing Medicine, Athena, and Azalea • Identify documentation gaps and provide concise, professional queries to providers as needed • Collaborate with billing, AR, and denial teams to support proper claim submission and reimbursement • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while adhering to established workflows Why Work at Precision?
