Progressive Technology is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Chat Moderators to join our growing remote operations team. Key Responsibilities

Monitor live chat rooms, forums, or messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines

Review and moderate user-generated content, including text messages and comments

Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content

Respond to user inquiries and concerns through chat in a professional and timely manner

Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or management when required

Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions

Stay up to date with moderation policies, platform rules, and updates

Contribute to continuous improvement of moderation processes and quality standards

Basic computer literacy and comfort using online tools and chat platforms
