What You’ll Do
User training & onboarding
Lead live training sessions and office hours for CFPs/advisors
Build repeatable onboarding flows, playbooks, and best practices
Product demos
Run compelling demos for advisors and wealth management teams
Tailor demos to common advisor workflows (discovery call → data intake → plan output)
Case studies & content
Create and record case studies (video + written) showing end-to-end tax planning scenarios
Turn real planning workflows into educational content: walkthroughs, templates, and “how-to” guides
Tax planning QA & realism
Pressure-test strategy outputs for accuracy, practicality, and client communication clarity
Ensure scenarios reflect how advisors actually work (not “tax textbook” examples)
Advisor feedback loop
Gather structured feedback from users and relay insights to product/engineering
Help prioritize improvements that increase adoption and advisor confidence
What We’re Looking For
CFP® certification required
Strong working knowledge of U.S. tax planning topics commonly relevant to advisor clients, such as:
Roth conversion planning, RMD strategy, Social Security tax planning
Capital gains planning, tax-loss harvesting, charitable giving strategies
Retirement distribution sequencing, Medicare IRMAA awareness, bracket management
Small-business owner considerations (reasonable comp, entity selection basics, etc.) — a plus
Familiarity with financial planning and tax planning software/tools (e.g., eMoney, RightCapital, MoneyGuide, Holistiplan-style workflows) — helpful but not required
Comfortable on camera and able to clearly explain complex concepts to professionals
Strong writing skills for creating training docs, scripts, and case-study narratives
Excited about AI and willing to learn fast and iterate (you’ll help define the “best practices”)
